The Reform Movement has historically been at the forefront of LGBTQIA+ rights, from the Women of Reform Judaism supporting decriminalization of homosexuality in 1965, to the CCAR decision to ordain gay and lesbian rabbis in 1990, to the publication of the prayer book Mishkan G’aavah: Where Pride Dwells in 2020.
