Jewish Cooking in America Session Two: A Classic American Passover

We’ll be making and eating the Jewish classics here, folks – chopped liver, gefilte fish, and potato kugel. Bring your appetite and chopping skills (and maybe your stretchy pants). We’ll supply the schmaltz.
