Deli Classics Cooking Series: Get Your Homemade Bagels!

A customer walks into the local bagel shop and says: “I would like to buy a bagel with cream cheese” to which the waiter calmly replies,” I am sorry…we only accept cash!” Your attempts at making bagels at home can often have humorous if not discouraging outcomes so join others as you are guided step-by-step through the bagel making process to see how easy and fun it can be. Come learn about bagel history and symbolism Participants will be making a bagel and be able to taste it when baked with some selected shmears.
So what kind of bagel can fly? A plain bagel.
