Cooking Class: Trendy or Tradish Knish? They’re both delish!

Teachers: Eve Lunt and Levi Lunt, Temple Israel Congregants

Mother and Son duo Eve and Levi Lunt will take on the beloved Jewish dumpling in both classic and TikTok styles. Eve will teach you the absolute easiest way to make a yummy potato knish and then her son Levi will take her traditional filling, add some spice and create knishentaschen, a savory cross between a knish and hamantaschen with a nod to international flavors. Come hungry and ready to roll (a knish that is!)
