Standard Tips and Gratuities - $135 per person (billed)
Airline taxes and fuel surcharge - $ 601 per person
Standard Tips and Gratuities include those for bus driver, hotel bell staff, and restaurant / dining room wait staff.

Airline taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to increase without advance notice by airlines, until the date that
the tickets are actually issued. The charge for taxes and fuel surcharges will be addede to your final bill at the
rate known at the time. Should these fees increase between the final billing and actual ticketing, a supplemental
bill will be sent for the increase.

Air and Land Package Price includes:
• Round Trip airfare • One group transfer to and from Ben Gurion airport “designated flight” in each direction
• The Itenerary: all group transportation on private chartered bus and all site admissions and programs
• Full Israeli breakfast daily and 12 meals • Keshet Israel Tour Educator and Youth Couselor • Sourcebook
• Keshet hat, t-shirt, luggage tags, map of Israel, and insulated water carrier

Not Included in Package Price
• Meals on your own - personal charges/tips at hotels/tips at resturants • Laundry service • Medical and travel insurance

Pricing Options
Land only - Deduct $1450
Single occupancy hotel accommodations - Add $850
Child (2-13 yrs.) as 3rd room - Deduct $620
Child (14 yrs. and up) as 3rd room - Deduct $250
Family Quad Discount (2 parents + 2 children sharing a room)
- Deduct $600 (per family)

Deposit and Payment Schedule
November 18, 2011 - $500 deposit per person
February 1, 2012 - 50% of total cost
April 20, 2012 - Payment due in full

Cancellation Policy After:
November 18, 2011 - full refund less $350
February 1, 2011 - full refund less $1200
April 20, 2012 - Full refund less $2600 (and surcharges/taxes)
June 8, 2012 - No Refund

Participants who register for the full land and air package have until February 1, 2012 to change to “land only” with no penalty.
Flight changes or cancellations requested after April 20, 2012 will incur significant penalties including possibly the entire cost of ticket.
