Temple Israel's Foundation

Who We Are

The Foundation is the fundraising support group of Temple Israel of Long Beach. Our goal is to strengthen the fabric
of congregational life by providing funding to expand the range of meaningful and soul-stirring experiences the Temple
is able to extend to members of our communal family.

What We Do

For more than 85 years, Temple Israel has been responding to the needs of the Jewish community of greater Long
Beach with spiritual programs and activities that have inspired its members to experience the fullness of our rich
Jewish heritage. Funds raised by the Foundation provide for supplementry religious, educational, cultural and social
programs that cannot be funded by the Temple's annual budget.
